The Hit/Miss Rate seems oddly high, even against light blue/green mobs.

At lvl 9 with maxed 1hb for the lvl (40), I miss insanely and as a matter of fact, just missed 10 swings in a row against a light blue mob.

The hit rate seems about right to me. You're noticing miss streaks more because they'er so noticeable. I believe you should be hitting something like 60% of the time in general. The perception is also skewed because at higher levels you tend to grind off blue mobs that can be as much as 6+ levels below you while at level 10 mobs have a smaller range where they can be blue and you're typically fighting mobs within one or two levels of yourself.

Leveling a melee sucks because of the huge curve to hit/miss ratio. You miss an insane amount at level 1 and it gets a little better as you level, finally giving you a good hit/miss ratio at around level 29 with 150 skill. It has less to do with max skill for your level and more to do with the actual skill number itself.

Luckily, you are a bard and this should have only mattered from level 1-2.
