I quested it 4 months after server opened, back when King Xorbb was a lot more common then he is now and dropped the staff more often. Was the first one to sell one, got 8k for it believe it or not.

Whether its classic or not, its currently able to be quested.

Yes, you did it on blue p99. 1 year after the server opened they fixed it to not work as it should be. It wont work until 2001 on red99
