edit: what I meant by that is blue is played by max level best in slot elitists who don't give a shit about anyone. on the other hand, red is played by a mix of level 1-50 elitists who just might have use for you in order to better themselves. but hay at least you will get some action there.

oh another note, there is no reason you cannot play on both red and blue to see which one you like more. I'm sure you can always meet low level people on both. GL in-game and enjoy.

I was so excited when I found the P1999 server. It was exactly what I was looking for. Population was good. Easy to find groups. Very nostalgic. Then they started another server (red) and screwed it all up. Split the population in half and now instead of one very nice server they have 2 mediocre servers...at best. You came too late.

this server was relavent, fun, and PLAYABLE long before there were 800+ on in primetime. people seem to forget this, but there was a time when we were excited about having 400 online in prime. now? SKY IS FALLING..

the bottom line is there are still orc hill groups. still oasis groups, still groups in uguk, still groups in mistmoore. there are *still groups*

people just can't stand to not have something to bitch about

Sorry. Not an exaggeration. If you think reducing the population by half hasn't affected game play and the ability to find group....you're living in fantasy land my friend. If you think 400 players (if that) is just as good as 800 players then you've lost touch with reality as well as being poor at math.

I'll agree with you on this post. (for the most part) It's more reasonable than taking the position that I was just "bitching." The server has been negatively affected. The guy posted he couldn't find any groups. IMO he came too late. 3 months ago he would have found plenty.

Once epics release, population will increase quite a bit. I was kinda waiting for them before coming back, but just couldn't resist... Velious will likely push us over 1k regularly as well, if that ever comes out.

But there is a decent need for tanks at the low levels right now, I rolled a cleric about 2 weeks ago, got him to 21 and the hardest part I found in finding a group was the tank.

ya i find groups almost 24/7 + have a guild that wanted me so they have higher levels that helping me level with buffs etc
