I just learned about Project 1999 only a week ago and am psyched to get started but I wanted to know if race modifications have been reintroduced in this emulator.
For example: will the Ogre again have a %15 stunt on their exp gain or, on the other hand, will Halfllings have a %5 boost to their exp gain?
I've gotten these numbers from here:

As far as I know, all race advantages and disadvantages are implemented.

I've just learned that some classes also have xp limitations, does anyone have a link to those?

the four hybrids have a 40% xp penalty.
ranger, shadowknight, paladin, and bard (I could be wrong on bards however)

You are correct, Bards also have a 40% exp penalty.

Warriors get a 10% bonus, Rogues a 9%.

What are the experience penalties/bonuses?
By Race:
Troll -20%
Iksar -20%
Ogre -15%
Barbarian -5%
Halfling +5%
By Class:
Paladin / Shadowknight / Ranger / Bard -40%
Monk -20%
Wizard / Magician / Enchanter / Necromancer -10%
Rogue +9%
Warrior +10%
Exp penalties are multiplied not added, so a troll sk would be (1.4 x 1.2 = 1.68 or 68% penalty).
