That wasn't the point...the point is that the very companies that are fighting SOPA were the primary enablers.

Even with minor flaws in logic the guy brings up quite a few salient points...not the least of which is that SOPA is an endangerment to the internet. It will miserably fail at defeating online piracy (see Desopa (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/desopa/) for an example), and will make the internet much less secure.
