I was part of a good SF AE group at 53 - but yes, ideally you're 56 because you get your second jyll's spell at that point and can alternate between the two (recast timers). Also, the mana pool difference b/w 53 and 56 is helpful.
However, I'd say it's far more important for your chanters to be higher level since stun resists are more devastating than pbaoe resists...

53 is fine. Depends on rest of group. I've do e it with 2 60 clerics and a Druid with no wizzies. All depends on the enchanters.

I would love to see 2 53 wizards do a decent sized pull and have the mana to do this. They would need 3k+ mana pool at 53 which would be pretty darn good gear.
I agree that enchanters need to be higher level, but you really should have both wizards 56+. Otherwise you will be OOM on any decent sized (120+) pull.

I started doing it when I was 54. Really just need a higher lvl wiz to balance that out. Also outside help and level/ability of other group members matters.

Out of curiousity how fast could you someone level from 54-60 in a Skyfire AoE group?

If they could get a group and do it every day?
A few days.
You can do 59 in around 10 hours give or take. Each pull nets you anywhere from a blue up to 7% if its an awesome pull.
