I must say, I'm unfortunately not surprised at all.

To see the "BIG GUILDS" on the server making complete asshats out of themselves as usual.

Where do these people get off?

I just don't understand any of this.

P99 is a small community of hardcore EQ players.

Even down to the most casual of player on the server, We all found the server because of our love for Classic EQ.

But these Goblin tactics that have been going on the server since its inception. Are seriously.. seriously just holding back every inch of progression there is to be gained.

In-guild fighting for camps? Out of guild fighting for Contested mobs.

Think of all the time the gm's have had to invest dealing with these petty ass problems. That could have been devoted to Events/ Event planning. Bug fixes. Content additions..

I mean seriously if the GMs purposefully holding back release of VP (which pushed back epics release, and I bet Velious release) Isnt enough proof that the "BIG "BOYS" in-fighting is directly, negatively impacting the server... I dunno what is.

I have been thinking about this a lot over the past few days. The behavior of some people in this game has become absolutely atrocious. Since some of you are too unable to read through the lines i'm going to spell something out for you:

When i say "You won't be very happy" or "You will be quite sad with life" I'm not saying "I will be mad with you" what the fuck kind of threat is that anyway? Does that even work with anyone who isn't 2 years old?

Rogean doesn't like me to make threats so I normally refrain from that but here is your threat....If you people don't grow up and stop acting like gigantic selfish children I am going to start cracking down and handing out fancy suspensions when rules are broken instead of giving second chances.

Another thing...and possibly the largest thing driving this....

I'm sick and tired of the disrespect I have grown to take. It has escalated since the day the epics came out. I am absolutely -DONE- taking verbal abuse. Server management so far up themselves they don't have the pride to recruit an Australian, euro and 2 more American guides. Instead they would rather burn you out amelinda.

It's not the players. Releasing vp an epics on schedule would of been fine as the progressed people would do them and achievements would happen in tier. The giant pace car exercise that was rogeans failed vp and epic delay punishment means 250 people are all after one thing after having 6+ months of stagnation.
That means the environment spawned the behavior you see, and a lack of staff support means you're copping it from all angles all time of day and night amelinda.

So with that in mind, knowing that 10 years of tier based progression in guilds on servers with low numbers was halted as a direct punishment for behavior bred from not releasing content....( LOL )... Perhaps it's time you demanded some assistance from your own team, not assistance from the players you moderate.

In short you're dealing with a problem your team created, your team created the ego's and attitudes, the 250 man photo finish, and now the 250 man epic charge. And now your team won't help? Everyone from IB/VD on Phinny's hate list from the other night should be suspended. They aren't. Amelinda was even there when it happened. IB/VD showed up late, then tried to declare Phinny was a raid target (lol). Then IB tried to enforce a 15man rule (even tho they wanted it thrown out with the new raid agreement). I laugh at these people (excluding the very few cool cats). I can only imagine the amount of excuses and rule lawyering was done after the fact.

If things don't go their way, they will use every underhanded technique they can to get their way. 90% of IB like to talk big game, but they don't like to play a big game. If you upstage their shit, they will whine, cry, bitch, moan, complain and then, if all else fails, rage on a guide like the little whore they are.

Phinigal has been 3-4manned since prekunark times, hardly a raid target by any means.

Amelinda declared it a camp on the spot, we showed proof that ib/vd showed up late. IB/VD KS'd after and nothing happened.

TMO usually backs off when shit gets snaked is why. Like I said, as soon as i got DT'd Perun told me he jav'd it.

On my screen, I got DT'd and it was immediately aggro'd on someone else. When someone took it we weren't sure who it was, I thought it might have been the BDA monk who also had previous aggro like I did. Perun confirmed that he had it and we backed off at 60% and let them wipe. We still got xp tho because they/you tried to snake it.
