Why suspend one party for exploiting and not the other as well? Precedent needs to be set, is it OK to exploit on p99 servers if you dont get caught? Or is exploitation of content going to be punished?

They have exploited Vox and Nagafen so much that Rogean had to delete dragon loot from every single kill.
