I don't know how accurate it will be but you can always check Alla. I use the p99 wiki spell recipe (http://wiki.project1999.org/index.php/Skill_Research#Necromancer_Spell_Recipes) then check Alla (http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=19479) to see where they drop. Also might be worthwhile to check the merchants around those zones.
