Just to confirm that I read correctly somewhere, Project1999 server has no map what-so-ever correct??

Keep the p99 wiki open with a tab to the zones page, and Alt/tab, it works perfectly!

Thats what I did!

Second day playing P99, lvl 6 druid now! Finished my first noobie quest (for hell of it, and rep) next to turn in 8 fingers when i pass on my way to BB to go turn in 20 belts i got! lolz.

So, 3pm CST? Just want to make sure that I'm logged in when you are. We're going to be heading to the entrance to Kithicor, right at the WC zone line. We can group if you want. I can buff you up and you can kill things in WC near the zone line. When the weapon drops, you can just run in safely and loot it. Pretty simple. The only hinderance is of course drop rate (pretty decent), coupled with the fact that mob only spawns between 7p-6a game time. You can just solo mobs in WC while I sit on my arse. LOL

Be sure and bind Sense Heading to a commonly used key to max it quickly. It makes navigation so much easier.

Perun (in-game name) is awesome at drawing up personal maps of in-game zones for people to use.

Add Perun to your friendlist
keep checking for him

then when you see him online, just shoot him a friendly tell stating which zone you want a map of and how detailed you want it and what relevant info you want. Try not to ask for too many maps at once, i think 2 is the max and should take him about 2-3days.

I always bind my sense heading to my left and right arrow keys, so I can't even move much without working on it. In just a few levels, I have it maxed out and I can remove them.

(I also bind forage to a commonly used key, so I don't have to always think about that as I am running along)

There is a collection of maps in the Project1999 wiki already http://wiki.project1999.org -- Perun's artistry could certainly enhance the existing maps and would be available to the community at large rather than individuals as you suggest.

That would be up to Perun himself. If you asked him nicely, he may be willing to do some custom drawings for the p99 community at large.
