I like the first one, except the spot where the tree is broken on the left, it draws my eye and something about it bugs me.

I thought the second one was done in Bryce till I read the comments.

Last one is by far the best.

Nice work overall, I used to mess around in 3D studio max in like '97 or '98.

First one reminds me of the druid zone in WoW.
They are all nice though. The babel reminds me of the hanging gardens but im sure you already know this.

I forgot to mention, all of it is Low Poly because I used to put these into the Unreal Tournament engine for my portfolio before I graduated.
