Wtf char deleted?

Hey guys, I just logged in, was on last night logged out near Kurns Tower on my level 11 necro. I log on and the char select screen has my character deleted, with a level 1 human in south queynos named Newbie. Wtf?

now its saying my spells are outdated, but i havent touched anything. is there a new download?

Extract eqchangesv21 into your sony folder like you did when you installed the game.

You have to do this after every patch.
