DE Mask still around for bard/rogue?

I see in the FAQ that the DE Mask is in the list of pre-nerf items removed... Does that mean you can still get it and use it as a rogue/bard?

Didn't they reinstate it at some point? I remember coming back during the Luclin/PoP era on Live and getting it with my Bard.

The bard/rogue mask is in, but at launch it used to be all/all. That one has been removed, and replaces with the bard/rogue only one.

I think you're thinking of the King's Court Casino in Shadow Haven that allowed you to get various items that were removed from the game. (if you were lucky enough that is hehe)
