Had a nice repop this morning. We ended up getting an RBG from Kithicor Dark Elves today, than after we had an interesting time in Plane of Sky with A-Team (thanks for being sports) and managed to get Noble Dojorn, gratz to Lalenya for Golden Efreeti Chestplate.

Afterwards we teamed up with Asgard and A-Team again to down Talendor. Drops were pretty good this time around. We netted ourselves some Red Dragon Scales from the pile.

Than we headed off to PoHate and downed us some Maestro and got his amazing HAND

good work to everyone in the guild today and hats off to Asgard and A-Team for today.

Don't really want to talk about guild affairs here but since you called, I will answer. As we talked about in game, you needed to pass a new trial as an Old returning member. You posted in the recruitment section (Kinda faulty app, but well, I passed it through) and I moved it to our feedback section (it's there still). As we talked about, you were going to put "Iceman" as your main character this time, and as I told you, I changed your forum handle to "Iceman" from "Glam" to match your main. So it's not deleted, just try and logging with Iceman instead of Glam.

I have been looking for you in game these days to see how you were and chat but couldn't find you online.

It's funny because you could had send a /tell to any officer in game or even create a new forum account or even simply send a PM to anyone of us here in P1999 and we would have told you what was happening in 4 seconds. Instead of that you decide to come and post in p1999 boards. Quite mature.

Longtime EQ1 player (was still playing on test server til recently) decided to finally check out the 1999 thing as tbh that was EQ's golden Era imho and was never bettered, even though PoP got close :)

Are you guys still mainly Euro players? do you have a current list of required classes? i played a Paladin from release til Luclin and then i swapped to BST, since then though ive played most classes on and off for fun. Would love to hook up with a guild with alot of euro players so i could get some old nostalgia back :)

And an even bigger thank you to those who logged in and engaged Ragefire after BDA farmers failed and got me my heart <3 Do I wish more people did it this way where if the person doesn't have the epic to step down instead of farming it, yes but in reality that isn't going to happen. BDA doesn't farm Ragefire, that might have been the 2nd one we attempted in months. We generally only do it when we need hearts for new clerics - just FYI.

I'm not sure that Europa would really kick off on red. Most of our member base are true bluebies with only the occasional handful playing over there sometimes. Honestly you'd be lucky if there was 10 in guild Euros that tinkered there.

Definitely a good idea, though I doubt it would be something that me or the other officers would have time to start and run.

First of all, welcome to P1999. Very happy to see that you're enjoying it and the community. I have to agree with you when you say it's the best :)

We currently require you to be atleast level 35 before you apply. You can check out our forums at http://www.luclin.de/forum/. All details about applying etc are provided in there. You're always welcome to post and see if you can make some new friends as well in the public section.

Depending on how fast you level (or rather how slow), I would recommend joining a leveling guild like Valhalla to make some friends while leveling and get some more social stuff going on - http://www.valhalla1999.eu/blog/contact-us/. They're also a European guild but more laid back and focused on leveling I'd guess. They'd have to correct me if I'm wrong but that's what I heard last anyways :)

This repop was horrible - one white scale and a slime blood, thats the combined epic haul on that repop. 2 white dragons, 2 sevs (with the morning one), 2 golems, 1 vs, and all we got was 2 epic pieces - that doesn't seem right!
We did get Dain head, Frostbringer, awesome shawl of resist everything from Draco, and 2x Dragon Bone Bracelet from Gore :P

I found here a family with cool people where we are way more important than pixels.

I'm casual player playing when i have time and when i feel it , same for raiding. And even with that i finaly put my hand on some AOW and Tormax loot . And more important i was here and have fun on many mob kill i never killed before on live (Tormax, Dain , Cekenar ,full plane of air, Cazic thule ..etc etc)

I think we killed something during past week and on earthquake. I heard it was great!

Nothing new really, but some old friends tho: KT after a long break (Grats Fengir on head) and another full VP clear with fattest PD ever (2x crowns and 2x earrings). Some minor ToV dragons and Yelinak (Grats Rugamuffin on ST key).

I think there was something else too, but the most important thing was that we had tons of fun raiding again and everyone seemed happy!

Also another wizard epic for Europa, Grats Dusith!
