You can, but they are not that fun. After beta + the free 30 days... I think project 1999 has more to offer.

i like my tank assassin. That would be shadow on the jedi side, awesome class if tank specced . Game is fun for a while, especially if you like story driven games and star wars.

But not much to do when you hit 50 other than raids, unless you are super into BGs. Real pvp does not exist (thanks to the dumbest idea ever: BGs), other than the 2-10 times you meet someone of the the other fraction while leveling up.

3 day pass on TORtanic, up to level 20 is pretty polished and pulls you in, after that all content is poop, clearly rushed by higher ups. Plus at this point its just WoW in different clothing. No thanks.
