Mark All As Read

Does this forum not have a Mark All As Read button after searching New Posts? For the life of me, I can't find it.

Also, is there any way to stop a certain forum from ever being looked at for new posts?

if you log in into the forums, let it it sit for 5 min and then close the browser, next time you return everything will be marked as read, even if you never opened it.
