Druid BIS Range

Whats the best ranged item for druids? My quick feelings on the major items are below:

Thex Mallet: Need MR? This is your go to item, dur!

Totem of the Wizended Spirits: Not wis capped yet? Wana look bad ass? Check!

Idol of the Thorned: 10sta=30hp @ lvl 60, what effect does 10 ac worn really have???

Idol of the Underking: Cool b/c its is 'boss' loot. Nice balance of mana and hp, is it worth it in the end?

Totem of the Warior Spirit: Okay for the lowbie who hasn't got end-game gear in yet...

So what do you all use? why? I'm torn atm and am looking for some advice. Thanks.

Idol of the Underking is good at low levels as you get more mana/hp than you would with Medicine Totem or something of that nature. Idol of the Underking also becomes BIS once you max out your wisdom at 255.

Keep a thex mallet in your bag with your other MR gear, use it as the situation dictates needing MR gear.

Medicine Totem is probably best bang for your plat. (5ac, 5wis)

Totem of the Wizended Spirits is definitely BIS pre-wisdom cap (6wis, 10mana), but definitely comes with a price tag since it no longer drops.

Remember that once Velious drops all of the above range items are basically pointless, as Velious brings much, much better ranged items (ala Talisman of Benevolence)
