You can't MQ the idol/book for the robe. You could MQ the whole robe, but your monk would have to personally loot one of the pipes.
You could also get a group together to kill Bro Zephyl in rathe for the robe (?)

I dont think so. A friend tried it and got burned. So, unless there was an error or he did something wrong, you can't.
