first , i am asking the community becasue I personaly do not know if this is classic or a bug. However it seems like a bug where yaulp 4 proc off Phar Dar Claw is overwriting Speed of the Shissar Enchanter epic clicky. If anyone has input please let us know and I can write up a bug report. thanks all

Lucy Changes, so it was true from lucys creation until late PoP... it may have been different earlier on but I doubt it...

For Yaulp:

hmm, ok but was Stamina i issue in classic/kunark?

Yes, it worked properly during classic-velious then it stopped working.


For example, using Wurmslayer in your primary drained your stamina really fast cause its a heavy weapon (which is why it wasn't ALWAYS a good weapon choice). But the code regarding endurance has always been fucked to hell. Which is likely why they haven't fixed it on here (SOE infact just said F it and removed all stamina based spells a few years ago, partially because they merged it with endurance too).

I believe the reason they added those "decrease stamina loss" lines onto those spells, is because the haste components they have. You swing more, you are draining more stamina, those lines were put in (I'd imagine) to offset that.

Enchanter epic being overwritten by Yaulp4 is/was a known issue... fucking hated it back in the day (ench was my main). I remember it specifically in Velious and can't be sure when it was "fixed"

That said, I never ever (other than only Kunark or perhaps pre-Kunark) remember stamina being an issue. In fact, once Velious came out I never ever remember having to address any issues based on someones stamina running low...
