This is a repost of mine because it hasn't gotten any attention and I really want to play during my few days off!
Download and extract http://www.project1999.org/files/eqchangesv20.zip. Copy the following files into your P99 folder. You will be asked if you wish to replace the existing files; say yes.
dbstr_us.txt
dsetup.dll
spells_us.txt
That link no longer works.. so where can i find the files necessary? I think the reason they are gone is because the new patcher they made automatically adds those files in.
