I 'obtained' EQ Titanium... I umm.... rrented it (brilliant!) and now have a bunch of files sitting in a directory:
Everquest_Titanium-CD1.ccd, .cue, .img, and .sub. Same for CD2, CD3, CD4, and CD5.
The 'getting started' guide specifies installing a fresh copy, but I can't seem to figure that part out (sorry, i'm sure i'm being retarded, go easy!) - i.e. there is no setup.exe type file, just the ones I specified. I downloaded EQEmuLauncher and pointed it at this directory, but it errors out stating an invalid EQ directory.
So my question is - how do I actually install EQ Titanium from these files i've 'rrented' ??

Use Daemon tools. Mount CD1. From there run it as though you had the physical CDs.
BECAUSE WE ALL KNOW YOU TOTALLY DO AMIRITE? LOL

you could have also searched in google what .iso and .cues are. and it would have explained to you that you would need a virtual cd-rom program......i hate you

I'm far from computer savvy, I wouldn't have known to search for info on .iso and .cues... but thanks for your input.

Barb Shammy.... but logged out and immediately made an Iksar SK for old time sake as that was my main back in the old days on VZ.
10$ he made a necro.
Why would you think that?

I didn't think, I just ' /who all ' every class and took the ones with the most on.
Totally accurate method of guessing IMO.

Iksar shadowknight = guaranteed never to reach level 46.
All the experience penalty with none of the pesky advantages!

lol, needless to say I always enjoy a challenge. When Kunark came out, I decided to choose a race that was shunned by 95% of the game, and a class with the same issue. I had fun leveling him nevertheless, and got him up to lvl 65 before retiring. The difficulty of playing an Ikky SK just made the reward that much sweeter. I'm probably one of the few people who wasted a ton of time doing the greenmist quest... a quest that's on par with the epic quests... all to get a 1hs weapon... for a SK! /fail
