I saw this for Red99 once; does anyone have a nice graph of the average population of P1999 over the years? It would be interesting to see for sure.

I'm sure one can be made crowd sourcing. Many folks have screenshots of mile stones.

Within 48 hours (maybe sooner, I can't recall) the blue server peaked at over 1100. It was quite common for months to see high 700s on during peak hours and 300 in off hours.

this was much easier on Red as it has 38 players at peak time

and is still 10x more fun imagine that?

Zerging down scripted 13 year old mobs is fun I know, who needs a challenge?

Fool! Tracking dragons 24/7 and having to gather a zerg force any hour of the day is challenging... Or so people who do it say.

Every game doesn't have to be challenging to be entertaining, EQ is immersive, which makes it fun.

Playing with no one else on a MMORPG the size of EQ is not really fun (nor is being gang-ganked).

Why zerg down "scripted 13 year old mobs" when you can cheat like Hololost and Nihilum, on "scripted 13 year old mobs"?

Granted, TMO cheats too, but the problem is that no one does anything about it.

Who cares about mobs period, it's about fighting people not the same retarded scripts after a decade.

It's "so easy" yet you guys have to cheat at it. Makes perfect sense.
