Sister hut in oot

So I camped this for the first time today. I have read that the dwarf in the tent will sell to anyone but he would not sell to me (not to mention the other dwaff next to him didnt like me asking). I am a dark elf necro but i havent killed any mobs that would lower this faction so I'm wondering if what I read was wrong?

If anyone else has had this trouble, what did you do instead? This isnt exactly a spot good for returning home every 10 kills to sell. Is there another vendor that will sell fo a de necro nearby? Thanks!

I had the same problem. I took the time to raise my faction though, by killing goblins in bb, near kaladim. Once the guards are aprahensive, you're good to go, sister isle til 34 or 35. Worth the effort. Plus you can kill the non merchant dwarf without loosing faction with he merchant.
