Not really a problem since he ain't playing anyway. Cast's just here to try and make a minimal nuisance out of himself, since no amount of lotion can cure his butthurt after some random swede pooped all over his aspirations to have claim to server first 50 on red.

I still don't know why there isn't a minimum post count to be able to post pics. Lots of forums do this and it keeps down on spam. I'm not saying it would stop but it would help.
The whole community shouldn't have to disable pics because of one asshat. I mean this has happened every day for the last few days and if the poster had to post 20 times on each account to make his shitty posts I doubt it would happen as often.

It would depend on the applicable statutes. I don't know what state he is in, what states have laws concerning this kind of thing, whether there are federal laws that are applicable, or anything else like that.

I am pretty sure he wouldn't have to keep these stored on his harddrive in order to get in trouble for distributing them, just like a drug dealer wouldn't have to be caught with crack in his dresser drawer in order to get him in trouble for selling it on the corner.
