I can't send private messages or post pictures in my post or reply's. is this a bug? or maybe some ability that has been taken away? Thanks

I've noticed the buttons for replies (quotes, code, bold, italics, smileys etc etc) are all unclickable for me lately. The drop downs for fonts and sizes still work though. No idea whats up with that.
