Joogl Honeybugger's bandage quest for halfling faction

Anyone have an idea of how many bandages one must turn in before the merchants will sell to you? I am currently KoS with the guards and dubious with the merchants after turning in 140 bandages one at a time.

depends on how bad your faction was to start. took me over 4000 bone chips easily to get my druid to not be kos in cabilis. he still can't vendor straight up.
