unless you have the headband/sash/code/idol in order to mq the rolc then i doubt its mqable since (correct me if im wrong) all 3 of the handin pieces for rotwf are no drop.

I believe you can MQ the book while the monk hands in demon fangs, but I'm not 100%

I MQ'd my monk's robe on Live successfully - no idea if it's the same deal here.

Someone was MQing me a pipe and we botched the handin and she ended up with the robe. We were able to MQ the handin in TD.

You cannot MQ the RotLC turn-in. You can, however, MQ the RotWF turn-in. That requires the MQee to have at least one of the no-drop items required for RotWF. Else, you might as well just MQ the whole epic. :P

I think some of you misunderstood what I am selling. I am currently wearing the Robe of the Whistling Fists. I believe I can hand in the Robe and Book of Immortals (Danl's Reference) for the Celestial Book, then Book of Celestial Fists. Then you will acquire Demon Fangs.. then we go to Kaiaren together. I hand in Book of Celestial Fists, you hand in Demon Fangs. You walk away with epic.
OR
As Jeremy said: You can acquire the Book of Immortals, turn it in for Danl's Reference, then we can go to Lhaeo in the hidden cove in Timorous Deep. I turn in Robe of the Whistling Fists, you turn in Danl's Reference. You walk away with the Celestial Book. This way at the end of the Epic quest, you will turn in both the Book of Celestial Fists & the Demon Fangs to receive your epic.
I believe it will work either way. But I would rather go the 2nd route so I don't have to wait around for you to finish your epic. And you would have your Celestial Book ready so you wouldn't have to wait for me to log in to receive your epic once you finish the other parts.

yes you can MQ RoWF because when you turn it in you hand in 2 items, Danl's Reference and RoWF so as long as the other monk has Danl's reference and turns that item in after RoWF is handed in then it will work.

Raster camp can take a long while to camp. Chardok Pipe is 15-20k. KC Pipe is 7-12k. Purple Headband is 3k or so. I did all the foot work. I set 50k as the buyout, but I'm willing to negotiate. It doesn't seem like that big of a price to me for an item that takes quite a bit of time to put together. For someone who has a load of plat and PL'd their monk to 46+, and wants to twink it with an Epic ASAP, this is a great buy.

And 50k is a good price, peoples saying otherwise are clueless of all the time you will save doing the MQ.
