Tome of Miragul to equip

I'm having a hard time deciding how I feel about Tome of Miragul. The stats seem to be quite good for a necro, but the negative stats make me pause.

Compared to some other good MH items such as Cone of the Mystics, where does this fall? Assuming for a necro.

Cone of the Mystics is -50 hp over the Tome. Therefore worse for a necro. You aren't going to lose much from the -stats as an Int caster. You don't need cha for necro charm.

That's what I thought. Odd, I feel like during classic live I never saw anyone equipping the Tome.

Tome is very nice, 50 Hp is good even with the sta reduction. and more mana than stein of moggok.

The -cha doesn't matter, i have hand of the reaper -30 tome -25 bracelets of cessation - 5 and run 24, charm works perfectly fine. just can't vendor stuff without stripping down first..
