I'll consider selling for 90k on the Dragon Hero Bracer (A highly desireable and rarely sold BiS droppable item, not to be confused with the Dragon Bone Bracelet).

Just reachin out there to say I've seen DHB's go for about 60-70k (some obviously higher due to how much one wants it tho), and last manastone i've seen sold was 110k (and range from 90-110k).

Not sure who you are, or what item you think this is, but this is best in slot for multiple classes. (not to be confused with "Dragon Bone Bracelet" or "Hero Bracers", both of which are low end items)

As for the people doing price checks - good luck finding one of these for that low. Also, I sold a Manastone for 100k today.
