Massive Lag & Difficulty Transitioning from Char Screen to In-Game

Had to crash my game 4x to login the first time due to being frozen with a full loading bar multiple times back to back.

Now I camp out for a second and I've had to crash 2x frozen at full load, I'm on my third login attempt and the load bar is full again..
