in no specific order: Enchanter / Cleric / Rogue / Monk. If you want to ensure you always have a group @ the end game go enchanter as that's usually the thing holding up the better groups, or cleric.

I have nothing but free time to play right now, I'm a huge team player, and nothing would make me happier than joining RD and atleast making an attempt to shit on Nihilum.

Problem is, I log in 7 days a week to LFG to no avail. There is absolutely no one in the 30-46 bracket to group with.
