And anyone who thinks that the show has been good since the 90's is wrong. Discuss.

That implies it *was* good in the 90s.

The first 6 seasons were great and redefined what sitcom comedy could be. Especially the episodes written by Conan O'Brien. Those were brilliant.

Simpsons has never been good. Family Guy is a good example of a show thats actually funny.

Yes, they were great... and yes... let the show die.
Its been painfully unfunny for years.
Honestly who watches it anymore?

Simpsons really aint all that funny. "eat my shorts, d00d", "h0h0 kids im krusty the klown"... gimme a break. Family Guy is definitely funnier, higher saturation of adult humour anyway. South Park is the clear winner for its relevant political humour.

The older Simpsons I'm still a fan of. Nobody beats Homer. But the latest season (maybe even a decade's worth) just aren't as good.

Family Guy is funny but is a lot more crude, where The Simpsons humor works on many different levels. I was not a fan of Family Guy when it first came out and apparently neither were many others since it got cancelled, but I'm happy it's back because it's improved with age. Same with South Park. I did not like the early seasons but once it began lampooning politics and current events it was brilliant.
