I actually just searched for "The Petition Forum" but I'm not finding a forum that I would believe is content appropriate for my question other than this one. My boyfriend is trying to get me into playing with him on this server but we live together. What information do I need to send to Whom to receive an IP exemption?

Go to the petition section, and choose IP exemption for the title of the petition.

Are you guys able to keep tabs on IP exempt accounts and when they are traded? What's to keep someone from buying an IP exempt account and two boxing with it? Not saying I have any desire to do this, just see people auctioning for this sometimes and made me wonder.

like rogue epics, many people are starting to twink their clerics with epics, since the whole thing can be MQed at lvl 1 pretty much

Could you do or even start your epic at level 1 on live? Seems wrong.
