It's the toast, and I don't think it's subjective.
Toast. Does anybody actually eat anything else in it?

All of the options are ultra processed and contain empty calories filled with unnecessary additives, preservatives and dyes.
Basically what I'm saying is they need a cancer warning label like cigarettes.

Naez you should really stop throwing around terms that you have no idea the meaning of. It makes you look even dumber than you already seem.
Pot calling the college educated success story black.

"2% Iron"
"Not a significant source of Vitamin A, Vitamin C, and calcium."
"Artificial flavour"
"Monoglycerides"
"Freshness preserved by BHT."
Then when you read it's like 30g of carbs for 3g of protein you realize how awful it truly is.
Totally empty of nutrition, not exactly healthy living.

That's honey nut flavored crap and it's probably formulated to addict minorities or at the very least repress them.
Regular Chex-Mix is vegan-friendly and tolerant.

That's probably the Chex cereal label without all the processed bullshit thats in the Mix too.
But 25g of carbs for 2g of protein is still diabeetuc as fuck. I eat about 25g carbs a day total and 200g of protein, and thats the reason why I'm Tupac and not Biggie.

Congratulations.
I'm a runner. I don't look like either of them. There are days I need carbs. After running a marathon? Get the fuck out of my way I'm eating all the bagels in the world.
While I don't generally reach for chex mix due to the high salt content, people who cast aside carbs altogether annoy me. Whole wheat pasta is loaded as fuck with carbs. So is oatmeal. Both of them are pre-race superfoods. Just because it doesn't fit into your look-like-tupac diet, doesn't mean it's 'diabetic'.
In short, you're acting like an idiot trolling a thread about a guilty pleasure pointing out it's nutritional content. It's hardly the worst snack in the world, and no one here is saying it's healthy. It goes damn nice with football and beer, and fuck if I care what you think about my Sunday afternoon.

Whole wheat is diabetic as fuck. If a diabetic eats a couple pieces of bread they can die. In fact it's worse than white grain for them.

It occurs to me that having an argument about what is or isn't 'diabetic' or 'diabeetuc' is asinine since the word has no meaning in this context.
My point is that carbs != bad. People do overindulge in carbs, all over the world. Most things in excess are bad for you.
Telling people that their food choices are 'diabetic' because they choose to eat carbs, without regard to serving size, body-type, lifestyle, et al, is 'ignorant as fuck'. Since we're putting things in terms of fuck.
And yeah, sorry, you've got the wrong guy for 'fries and coke'.

If all your meals follow this 25:2 paradigm for carbs : protein, in order to get your body weight lbs. in protein (needed to look like tupac), a 200lb person would eat 200g of protein and 2500g of carbs. 4 calories per carb, that is 10,000 calories for a day, not even counting the fat and protein calories. That's why I said it is totally an empty calorie food and diabetic as fuk. It's not even that hypothetical of a situation, this crap would probably be the healthiest thing in a lot of Americans diets. When I go to the grocery store I walk down aisle after aisle without putting anything in the cart because it's all like this except most the shit is also loaded with high fructose corn syrup.

diabetic as fuck.
These words don't mean anything. Do you understand? People are diabetic. Food is not.
I'll presume you mean 'bad for you' in which case, my retort is this: You do not have enough information to make that call, nor should you be casting judgement on people purely because of their food choice (see: not enough information.)

I have more than enough damning evidence to declare this food insufficient for human nutrition worthy of the surgeon general's and a poison warning label.

It's normal yogurt but they drain most the whey (protein) out, so it kinda sux. I actually use it tho cuz as a trade off it has less sugar (I'm guessing because less lactose too or something). Of course, I only buy non-fat plain because the flavored ones got sooooo much bullshit sugar in them for some reason. It tastes like shit by itself but I just use it to bulk my protein shakes after broflexing 9000lbs and high fiving my dad.

but greek yogurt has more protein i thought
I think its because it has more casein protein per volume. Because milk is like 80% casein and 20% whey, so they drain more whey out and fit more in the container the casein protein makes more. Theyre both complete proteins but casein is "sort of" a carcinogen.

Actually, first result for "chex mix nutritional information:"
http://quitehealthy.com/nutrition-facts/food-labels/label080191.gif
But good job posting sugar and chocolate covered crap bars to prove your "point," whatever the fuck it was supposed to be.
That's probably the Chex cereal label without all the processed bullshit thats in the Mix too.
I'm Tupac
Cereal nutritional facts say "with half cup skim milk" in a second column, and the label is not cut off or "Calories from fat" wouldn't be fully visible.
Edit-Rye chips.
