Probably because the awful revamped Nek zone was replaced with the old-school Nek zone when you setup P1999.

Of course, I fixed the whole map problem by deleting my maps directory. Works great now :D

In Titanium newbie zone maps were open to all people regardless of expansion purchased. These should be the only maps available to you.

Correct - honestly I'm just more anal about having the maps that can show up, show up correctly. I don't use them much at all if any.

hey thanks for that, it worked ! I am perpetually lost so any maps are good for me. I played a bard on live back in the day specifically cos I always got lost, but at least I got lost fast :P

I installed those maps and now I just keep crashing. :(

It worked for me...perfectly actually. What exactly did you do to install them?

I saved them, unzipped into my maps files, and replaced the former Nektulos maps files.

Those files should not be causing you to crash as they are just txt files. Did you happen to delete the nektolus zone files by mistake?

Hopefully you backed up. If not, try a reinstall if possible to isolate the problem.

Heard that if you used the SoD client you could get maps in all zones but I don't use that client so I don't know how true that is.

No no, I'm 100% sure it was the map files not the zone files because now that I deleted those map files, it's working just fine, but no map. :( Not sure what the problem is. Maybe I'll try unzipping them again.

I got the files from http://www.mapfiend.net/index.php?pageid=mappacks, although I haven't been able to get any other available maps to work on a titanium install. I haven't tried every zone either, but maybe other ones will work for you if you download them.
