CoF/RBG combo near as good.

and when good ogre wars hit 255/255/255 stam/str/dex raid buffed anyways.

CoF RBG combo is +75 hps

Heirocloak + sky belt is +75hps

SBC + sky belt = +50hps

- Cof + RBG you're haste capped with shissar

if the 5% haste gain while no ENC is around is worth 500k to you...than by all means pay it.

I thought the 500k was a joke. I also didn't extrapolate anything because I was trying to not give any opinions about the price/worth of the item because we are asked not to.

Any raid buffed warrior should be 255 stam w/o the belt, even my shitty (read: awesome) Iksar. Tanking a Hoshkar for example, I'd rather go RBG / SBC or Heiro to minimize ripostes since I'm going to jam the thing with some aggro off the bat anyways, but if I'm grouping this belt is A+. I still use it on bosses though because I'm lazy!
