Qeynos Badge quests

According to wiki : Qeynos_Badge_Quests (http://wiki.project1999.org/Qeynos_Badge_Quests), those quests are implemented on p99.

Someone has tried those quests ? Is the 4th part still broken ?

I had no clue this quest line existed. Given that I quadded NK guards like it was my job, I think I deserve the Qeynos Badge of Dishonor.

I believe badge 4 came out with luclin so its not classic and wont be available unless they make an exception.

Personally I think this would be one of the quests that would fall within "classi experience" and I hope they add it once they are done with velious and are looking for stuff to do.
