Have you tried searching the technical suggestion forums? I know there have been others who have encountered and resolved this same issue, so I'd suggest giving it a try there

how long did u wait in between attempts? sometimes when u /q out of game, it takes a few minutes before u can log back in.

close EQ all the way out. wait 5 minutes and try again ;)
