Hey fellow tanks,


I am returning after an absence of 2 years and I am starting off fresh. I am most likely going to make a tank can somebody suggest some good Race/Class combos

minmax (minimum fun, maximum sheepvision):
Ogre Warrior
Ogre SK
Iksar Monk (We are heading into Velious after all, the "greatest" of all EQ expansions, where outside of Warriors disc'ing vs. raid targets tanks are inferior at tanking to the most overplayed DPS class of all time.)


Maximum fun:
Half-Elf Paladin, do good and look good doing it! (Bring friends to group with tho, the endless legions of rote-playing bobbleheads fapping to their xp/kill will never group with you.)


Also fun:
Human Warrior, Iksar Warrior, Troll ShadowKnight

There's at least one twink out there, he bought a suit of imbued field plate from my smith. Betcha didn't know gnomes could wear human cultural plate, only the Rallos version, but still...

Currently Level 20 on the Gnome and I gave up on the monk

Wow you guys level quick! I have been playing for over a year and I am level 16. Guess my 6 hours a week just ain't cuttin' it. Got to level 52 in 5 years on live.
