WTS fastest PL on the server- limited time tonight

I have some time tonight. WTS best PL on the server.

What I have to work with:

60 Iksar monk. Just shy of the 1100 ac cap unbuffed. Triple self regen stacking - fungi tunic + iksar + pre-nerf fungi staff plus mend works out to 52 hp a tick regen. 41% haste. 40 dmg 35 dly 2hb from VP or 16/22 Wu's fist as situation dictates. Knowledgeable about PLing. Capable of PLing any level, any class quickly - last night I was PLing at guildie's 53 warrior and he got over 1/2 a level in 90 minutes.

What you have:
4k per hour - firm. Not interested in trades, not interested in trading PLs.

I will be logging on within the next 5 minutes. The first person to contact who has plat will get first dibs.

4K an hour for a PL, so you're twice as fast as other level 60 PLers?

2x as fast as a shaman or druid PLing say a caster. Explain to me how else a caster could be PL'd by a shaman?

Also do a search for PLs. Don't see many PLs for sale at all but I see a lot of people looking for them. Supply and demand.
Oddly enough I had 5 tells for the PL last night. I guess the market will dictate what it will.
