Getting a error message when starting

The game loads then tries to start, goes to a black screen then it shuts down and shows a " Error in your GUI files. Check your UI Errors.txt." How do I fix this?

Been having similar issues, I'd crash in a random zone (initially it was just EC but now I've had characters get stuck in Plane of Sky and Plane of Hate) and then afterwards try logging back only to reach character selection screen. When I try to log on any character following a crash I can't log back in.

Could you look at the UI Errors.txt file and see if its reporting any errors and paste them here?
