Trouble with the launcher

The Launcher is not working for me. I searched the forums with the search tool and got no responses so I guess I will post this. I went through the old steps but I can't find the spell files so it will let me in ;) any help for meh?

Go to the Technical Discussion Forum and install the Duxa all in one installer thingy. Should solve your problem.
