If you are referring to the DE illusion mask from Guk then yes it is no drop. It has been about 12 years since I played so I don't remember if there is anything else you would be referring to.

It used to be usable from inventory, so any class could use it. Got changed to must equip rog/bard only.

Yes but it was never droppable meaning it really has no value unless someone was selling loot rights to it. and as person said above me unless you do your own research most people that do know what items arent going to make it public info.

Wasn't Eye of Zomm pulling made illegal on this server? (in reference to the Hog beads) I took a prolonged break, but I remember that being an issue this past summer. Something about kiting, FTE or something...

Pulling, still fine. Using Eye of Zoom to glitch it to zone in is not allowed.

another nice item was breezeboot frigid gnasher. Look out for the plank of wood. The quest stays live but that item, which is needed for the quest, is no longer in game.

It's a nice item to position mobs, but velious positioning i think will be weird on this server. On live you wanted to stack mobs on the wall, but if you do that here, they vanish through it and cause some nice surprises, so we'll see!

Not really on point but IIRC the Circlet of Shadow gets nerfed late Velious, pre-Luclin, and the instaclick version no longer drops, so I'd expect the price on those to skyrocket whenever that happens
