Hot bind spots? Possibly the back of ToV/PoM

Wizard crits? Nope

FT? Yes, but there is an ongoing debate about original FT. My belief is that you could only have 1 of each FT, so FT1 + FT1 + FT3 items is only FT4 total. But that's another thread.

There's some discussion on how FT items stacked around Velious in a thread around here somewhere. Not sure if it lists what items are available.

Some items that will nerfed sometime after release but will be desirable are Holgresh Elder Beads (inventory clickable Eye of Zomm) and Breezeboot's Frigid Gnasher (Knockback clicky).
