Multiple installations?

I want to install a second instance of Titanium, but running the installer now only prompts me to repair or modify – no option to install. Anyone experience this and successfully install two copies to two different directories?

just copy the EQ folder to a new location - it should work

I'm trying to do the same thing. Was going to download the Underfoot version from steam but I can't find it on the steam site; i wonder if it was removed.
