i can not tonight. i will try to host them at least every other week. at the absolute worst (probably as i get closer to finals) ill do them once a month. but ideally i'm aiming for every other week.

also last time, we had a good group of spectators as well as some lvl 30s pvp. so i decided to go ahead and group them all together for a spectator/sub 52 roll.

i promise ill always give 36-48 hrs of notice before Thursday Night Fights.

hopefully the champion of steamfont will be there so i wont have to ninja nuke his title.

Just an idea, but the imbalance here due to resists really ruins the structured last man standing PVP. Perhaps one for casters and one for melees? This would be a lot more fun. Could put Rogues / Warriors / SKs / Paladins / Rangers / Monks in one group every1 else in other. Anything else just reminds us all about how bad resists are. Also I think an event like this would go a lot quicker.

Again, resists are working here pretty well. I know not to bother rooting someone like Andis or Ezpk because it will never land. I know that on Rikimeru and Brainz I'm gonna land half of them because their MR sucks.

are you a fucking idiot? last man standing isnt about balance at all. it does need an arena setting but bards arent ruining anything. maybe if you niltards werent hiding the whole time you would have been smart and focused down the bards or anyone else that would have a strong chance at winning. its like survivor, you need to take out your competition early before they fuck you in the ass. if you werent hiding up in a tree (after you went out of bounds to get that high with lev) and actually tried to take tune out when he was rooted/stunned a few times you might have actually had a shot. learn to play better.

No, I think what would be fun is a melee event where we can actually for the first ever on this server put people's jousting skills to the test, as opposed to watching melees have bombs dropped on their head and being kited by bards while being perma rooted. Dunno, guess that's more exciting to you pal.

thats not what happened at all though lol. Azrael got focused then nizzarr then everyone did their best to hide while tune ran circles around everyone. Northwest, thrilla, menden or ajax, and several other casters could have easily killed tune. the area was not that big, i mean you were pretty much in range to any caster the entire time.

It is not possible for a melee to kill a bard with two working hands and ten fingers. One bard would kill one hundred warriors in an outdoor zone.

I mention casters, you mention melees. Again in last man standing you take out your biggest threats first meaning almost everyone should be focusing bards down if they are smart. The area was not that big and neither is the arena. Also didnt help that everyone was so concerned about winning they just hid the whole time.

In a way it is pretty depressing that in this game you have to put in about 20 days played to make a good char to test such an easy skill like jousting. Pushing forward and then clicking one button when you are close to someone.
