Blank zone issues in 2 zones so far

Hello,

I faced an issue as described above. The 2 zones involved are Lavastorm Mountains as well as Nektulos Forest.

When I zone in (either by running or teleport) I could not see any surroundings nor move. However I can see other player characters and they seem to be always "falling down" empty space.

When I attempt to run I am always running on the spot. Once I press the duck button I can no longer stand straight up again.

Other zones that i have been to so far seems ok (Oasis, Guk, Sro, Innothule, EC, WC, Misty to name a few ) but I didnt test every single one of them.

I have tried reinstalling by uninstalling and deleting the folder prior to a reinstall but the same problem still persist.

Not very sure if it is a graphics issue ( since some zones worked fine ), I am on a ATI 5800 series with the latest catalyst drivers.

Do advise.

When setting up to play you used to have to delete the Nek and Lava files, I'm not sure if that's the case any more but it might be your issue. Take a look at this old threat to see if it helps:

After you delete the files do you patch them via game update?

Or what do you do after that?
