Astarothel takes turns camping that stupid mob just like anyone else. I had to wait behind him one day and all I did was ask to be informed when he left and camped the gold ring while I waited.

it's not greedy, but it's kind of dick'ish when you get trained by the red mobs that warp up to the zonein where he is camping them. had no idea it was a cleric or i'd have asked for a rez for my trouble/time running from Rivervale.

That's funny considering I kill one mob every 16 minutes 10 steps from the zoneline, have IVU on and all the humanoid mobs are green to me so won't aggro.

Fun fact -- every train in there is caused by some lowbie running out, not by me. I do get to clean up their messes tho from time to time, and buff and rez people within reason.

I died to a red con that ran out and aggro'ed from the caved-in side of the T at zoneline. They don't spawn there, but that was obviously my fault amirite?

You were the only one in zone capable of even going down to where they spawn, sorry, intentional or not you did it :)

because bugs and pathing issues dont exist here right? Ast, has 0 reason to move from the ZI. and even less of a reason to train.

Considering I don't carry any of the keys on me, going down to the next level where it spawned could be hard. If it came from there it probably came up through the floor (or the adjoining hallway opposite that caved in side) or something aggroing on you :x

The only thing I can think of is that you aggrod the placeholder itself when it spawned and you died before I could finish my nuke. I usually rez those poor bastards that the PH (or Gynok) owns tho.

It wasnt the PH or Gynok that killed me. Random_Red_Con_Skelly_234 that spawns past door 2 or 3 did. I have the first door key and that's it.

Astarothel is such a scoundrel. I can tell you from first hand experience. He once ninja looted a melatite when I was plvling him in SolA without my permission....despicable.

MQ2 possibly? I don't know any way I could have aggro'd that thing on my own. No way possible. The only thing that deep red to me is past door 3.

Either way, I don't care. It happened once, but still, I won't buy my paw from you for the same reason I refuse to buy diamonds. You just never know which ones people died to get. ;)

So someone higher level than you and farther away agrod it, and since they don't have any of the keys to do it they used MQ2 to /target random red skel and /cast to agro knowing that it will path past you, somehow aster knew where you were in the zone to nuke the correct skelly so it would path towards you again MQ2. Then she zones to drop agro and it gets you on the way back?

You died, whether you trained yourself or got some bunk befallen agro is beside the point. Next time just ask astar for a rez, that is if shes not already training noobs for laughs.
