How do I get my IP address lifted?

I looked through all the threads and didn't see any stickies about getting my IP address lifted so me and my brother can play togther.

I have read the rules so I do not plan on boxing but I live with my brother and we are both old school players looking to make a return.

Any help appreciated please.

Also I petitioned in game and was referred to here.

Click "New Thread"

Choose "IP Exemption" in the prefix drop down list. Make sure you include both your account and the other account's name, and the relationship of the other person you will be playing with.

Please be mindful that these are performed in batches, so it may take a few weeks to be set up.
