The GMs and Developers of this server has done an awesome job recreating the classic EverQuest experience.

Nilbog, Rogean, etc... no matter our experiences in the past, you guys have done a stellar job creating a living, breathing, full-fledged neo-MMO experience. You've created a world that will continue (hopefully) for years to come, with thousands of people able to enjoy a timescape only accessible to generations past.

As much as I wish you'd transition your focus to the 50+ raid and loot experience, which most of us are at, you have polished the P99 newbie EverQuest to be accessible and enjoyable to any intelligible member we'd wish to incorporate.

Please. Please. Look upon future criticism as not an insult to your accomplishments, but as a compliment to what has never been achieved before.

I know countless people, myself included, acknowledge and respect the time and effort you have all put forward, to create the wonderful cyber-kingdom we all enjoy.

Something is obviously being done right, since we are seeing such numbers, and more coming every day.
I myself have been telling some of my old friends from the day about this emu, and I am hoping they start up again, because they quit live about the same time I did to play WoW.
Keep up the fantastic, and probably mostly thankless job y'all.

Sorry, it was just a comment made towards the perception that the raid target campers are running second accounts so they can play alts while they hang out in the planes. This is, of course, a perception and has no basis in fact, so whether or not it is actually happening is inconsequential to my remark.

Re-reading it, my post seems a lot more pissy and finger-pointy than I meant it. I should probably have appended a smiley at the end. Smileys make it all better.

Thanks guys - the server is awesome. I'm really impressed that some stuff has been restored like even the old spell effects, and especially the music.

Got a few friends starting up as well.

Now I just need to figure out how to get the old mage pets/skeletons back, and kill those horrible targeting circles and it'll pretty much be damn near perfect.

Yes, thank you guys! I've had a great time and I still hate that real life intruded and pulled me away for a time. But now that I'm back the addiction has rapidly taken hold and I can't wait to experience more! Thank you!

No you are correct. plenty of times ive had someone run over their higher lvl char to buff themselves and claim "oh its my brother playing on my other character for me."

and as much as your cynical brain finds it hard to believe becuase youd prob cheat ( its a thief who finds it hard to trust everyone ) , its probably true. When i camp boss mobs, im usually doing online classes, housework, playing League of legends, or not even in the house.

Anyway that was offtopic. apologies. Im thankful for the time and work put into this server for us. Im also thankful for making it as cheat/exploit free as you can. Obviously its hard to catch everyone all of the time but this server doesnt look like d2 did.
